Workshop Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to any participant registering for a workshop organised by Lorène Levavasseur (“the Organiser”).

1. Registration and Payment

  • Your registration will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Payment is made online via a secure payment system. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel your booking if payment is not completed within the specified timeframe.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • By the participant: Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancelled:

    • More than 14 days before the workshop: full refund.

    • Between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund.

    • Less than 7 days: no refund.

  • By the Organiser: In case of cancellation by the Organiser (e.g. illness or insufficient participants), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

3. Changes to the Programme

The Organiser reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the content, format, or schedule of the workshop if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

  • Come prepared with the necessary content (texts, images, logins etc.).

  • Bring their own laptop and charger.

  • Be respectful to other participants and the Organiser.

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, slides and tools shared during the session remain the property of the Organiser. You are not allowed to reproduce or share them without written permission.

6. Liability

The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any technical issues, loss or damage to your personal equipment, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of content created during the workshop.

7. Personal Data

Your data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy laws. It will only be used for workshop-related communication unless you opt in for future updates.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wal
